about Honey Butler Bryant
Dr. Bryant is a Licensed Evangelist Missionary, published Author, Mentor and Seminar/Workshop Presenter.
She attends New Antioch Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Superintendent Jeffrey M. Lewis and First Lady, Mrs. Floetta Lewis. She is the Mothers Board President, member of Women in Ministry, Adult Sunday School, New Members Class and Prayer Line Conference Call teacher.
Dr. Bryant is an Examiner for the Barbara McCoo Lewis School of Licensing for Missionaries - Department of Women, Southern California First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction - Mother Barbara Bryant, Jurisdictional Supervisor. She serves on the personal staff to the International General Supervisor, Mother Barbara McCoo Lewis, Department of Women, Church of God in Christ, Inc. Additionally, Dr. Bryant is on the Board of Trustees for Pathways Adult Living, Fort Worth, Texas and member of the Independent Writers of Southern California (IWOSC).
Dr. Bryant is a graduate of Pasadena City College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Library Science. In October 2019, she received her Honorary Doctorate degree of Divinity from Elbon Solutions College of Ministry.
She is a widow, mother and grandmother. She resides in Southern California.
About the Ministry
(A.C.T.) Answering the Call to Teach
Dr. Bryant is the Founder & CEO of Honey Bryant Ministries, founded in 2012. She received the revelation to use the acronym (A.C.T.) - Answering the Call to Teach - based on the scriptures Titus 2:3-5:
“The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becometh holiness,
not false accusers …. teachers of good things. That they may teach the young
women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children.
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands…”
The Mission is to model the Titus II woman

To be a teacher of good things to the young women, to instruct, impart wisdom and give wise council, based on the seasoned woman’s personal experiences, to teach biblical truths for spiritual growth and development; and teach the importance of seeking God in prayer for answers and guidance in every aspect of their lives.
